My Grandpa turns 81 today! Seems amazing really. We are all so lucky that he is in great health and spirits. – The two week trip to Germany/Denmark with him was wonderful and there were times when he was not the first of the group to tire out. He is picking me up for his birthday dinner tonight – not me picking him up as would be the case with many 81 year olds. It has been great spending more time with him the past several years and really getting to know him. Happy Birthday Gramps – hoping for many more birthday celebrations!
