I travel the world and am truly amazed with the sights, cultures, and people but in my eyes there is no place like home.

Happy Happy Easter

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. I had a great time yesterday with my family. I hosted Easter Brunch. The sacks were for the guests to fill with colored eggs and candy.

I found these plants at Wal-mart for only $1 each and bought a pack of the plant able pots for only $2. I thought they turned out perfect for name cards and all the ladies enjoyed taking them home (I used mini candles for the men).

My mom and I even made the famous Pioneer Woman Cinnamon rolls and orange rolls. They were superb and we can’t wait to make them again (this time we will get it exactly right huh mom!). Was so fun to have my whole family around enjoying the day (sadly no photo of dad :()

Then it was time for an Easter Egg Hunt, I think this is my mother’s way of punishing us for not providing grandbabies – making us Easter egg hunt every year regardless of our age until we provide her with grandbabies to take over the task!!

It was fun though and a few scored major cash (I was a big looser and only ended up with $1.35).
